From start to finish the whole process was brilliant. Everyone kept in contact, they priced my house correctly so the sale was quick, they were very informative about the process and they were just brilliant! A special shout out to Zoe Waterhouse, she explained everything well, kept us in the loop, and was so so lovely! Thank you for completing our house for us Zoe!

When agent came round to value house she suggested to advertise at offers over £170,000 which was agreed, however when the house went live so to speak , it was advertised at £170,000 before that could be rectified an offer was made at £168000 also the estate agents fees discussed were £1750 plus VAT which with my maths is £2100 so why were fees on completion £2190 what really did I get for that anyway

Absence of communication throughout the process of selling despite frequent requests to keep me updated.Recommended to use 'their' solicitors to facilitate communication however until the last 2-3 weeks,when a new conveyencing office took over, communication from solicitors for the last 18 months has been virtually none existent.Staff in the Chadderton office were personable (hence the 1 star) but ineffective.

I love their rent guarantee offer is just brilliant for a Landlord like myself with a small portfolio and who cannot afford not to be paid rent to cover mortgages and other costs. They are great with communications - and property audits, and their fees represent great value for money.

Our sale was handled by Geraldine Marsden. She was helpful and efficient, kept us updated on the progress of our sale and promptly relayed messages between us and our buyers. Ryder and Dutton found us a buyer quickly, recommended solicitors and though the progress of the sale was slow, this was not because of them. I would definitely recommend their services.

Bought our first home (no chain) back in May and finally completed this week with the support of Geraldine. It was probably far more complex than needed to be but Geraldine did consistently provide timely updates and answers when solicitors couldn’t. Only giving 4 stars due to being passed pillar to post initially by R&D and it taking c10 weeks to find out the case handlers on the vendors side had disappeared which delayed the process more than we would’ve liked. Would use r&d again in the future now we understand the home buying process a little more
