I contacted Ryder & Dutton as a landlord looking to rent out my property. My previous agent was struggling to find tenants. Ryder & Dutton were very professional & helpful from the start. Our lettings agent Leann Green was very knowledgeable, friendly and progressed things very quickly. Leann was always approachable and arranged for the photos to be taken quickly, property advertised and arranged viewings efficiently. Excellent experience with Ryder & Dutton, by far the best agent in the Oldham area with excellent staff.

We have had a brilliant experience selling our property with Ryder and Dutton. In particular a huge shout out to Conor and Michaela for their hard work. Whilst I wasn’t successful with the home I desperately wanted, Shannon was incredible. It’s a busy branch and can be difficult to get through and get clarity, but there was one shining star in the Ryder and Dutton team and that was Shannon. She was so responsive, clear, efficient and she really does understand the housing market. If you’re dealing with this branch, definitely work with Shannon.
