Spot on! Martin was excellent at valuing the property and explaining he didn’t go in for offers in the region of and offers around, which I really liked, very professional and arrived on time and didn’t pull the place to pieces unlike another agents nearby! From it going on the market the communication was excellent, always knew when there was a viewing and able to see feedback. Oliver was very good at calling us and once we had a buyer Emmy stepped in, she was always polite and friendly when in contact. They were always friendly when calling into the branch. All in all a very smooth transaction from beginning to end. I would recommend them and use them in the future. Thanks to you all for helping sell my property.

I was very anxious letting house first time. Rider and Dalton made it very easy from the first contact. Step by step they made me aware of what I needed to get done, not rushed. Once the house went on website, it was taken, in few days! Wish I had more properties!

Ryder and Dutton have looked after me (and my property) for a few years now. The only criticism i would have is that the office can often be hard to get hold off on the phone, however, the staff there will always come back to you and reply to emails with any queries. The staff at Rawtenstall are always very personable and in particular Sarah Green has given me some very valuable advice and support. Generally, they have taken care of everything i have asked of them. I’ve been very impressed through out my time with them.

Can't recommend this company highly enough...this is the 3rd time I've dealt with them now and everytime it just gets easier. We had quite a long and stressful process for the sale of our home, but Ella and her team were fantastic from start to finish with a particularly anxious and stressed home owner! Potential buyers are a horrible experience on the whole, but Ryder and Dutton really do try their best to get you the right buyer. Special mention to Ezhra, if you opt for assisted viewings. This lady is brilliant at her job. Could do with a medal.

I was looking to buy a property in Huddersfield and was stuck on which one to buy with so many options available. I was sent an email by Tracy showing a house for a good deal where I immediately called in and requested to book a viewing and place my deposit. Tracy was super helpful in this process and arranged everything straight away being the first to view the property after the discount on the house. Tracy helped gather my deposit documents with ease and then got transferred over to Emmy. Emmy dealt with the process the remaining way and was so helpful and understanding of my stress, she helped in any way she could and was willing to go above and beyond to help.With the help of Ryder and Dutton and their partnered solicitors, I was able to go from enquiry to house purchase in less than 3 months!! This could not have been done without the amazing help of Tracy and Emmy, they are the best :) !

Jade has been incredibly helpful throughout this whole process. From our offer being accepted, up to our current position of nearing exchange, she has kept amazing communication which has made us feel more at ease with understanding where our purchase is at. As this is a first home purchase, she has been incredibly patient and understanding when having to explain in further detail to us about certain things. There hasn't been a time where we have struggled to obtain a response from herself, which has really helped with this process! In Jade's absence, Michaela was just as helpful in getting us the information that we required. Both are such lovely people who have gone above and beyond to try a make such a stressful process that little less stressful!!
