my first time of selling a property on my own & i was a little nervous & unsure of processes but all the staff that dealt with the viewings & the selling stage were very reassuring & answered all my questions no matter how silly in a very calm & friendly manner. I have used Ryder and Dutton several times and always been impressed by the service they provide, and this time was no exception. Catherine at their Heywood office was excellent throughout: supportive, proactive, professional. She always kept us in the loop and did her best to make the process as quick and smooth as possible. She also good-naturedly put up with my occasional outpourings of impatience and frustration! 😀 A true professional.

Offered on a property that was rejected only for the ‘sales negotiator’ to contact us weeks later to say the seller would accept our offer. The agent then dropped the price on the property and when we offered above the asking price we were told we ‘messed them about’ and our offer would not be considered. To describe them as incompetent would be being polite.

Me and my husband recently sold our property through Ryder & Dutton and we can’t thank them enough for the smooth journey. We were apprehensive at the beginning as we know with the current market, houses are taking a while to sell however the process from start to finish was very easy. Chris initially valued our property and just speaking with him put us at ease, he was very approachable and lovely to speak to. Then we liaised with Naveen who was really helpful with going back and forth with us and our buyers, she always kept us in the loop even if there was nothing going on she kept us reassured through the process. Our move manager was Catherine and she was an absolute delight to liaise with, she responded efficiently through emails and phone calls and kept us updated at all times. We would highly recommend Ryder & Dutton and will be looking to potentially plan our next move with them :)

Throughout my home buying process, Ryder and Duttons Team has been absolutely impeccable. My main point of contact throughout the process was Geraldine who not only kept me updated regularly via email but also called me to check in and was amazing at responding to any queries I had. She chased on my behalf, brought forward any concerns I had to the seller and resolved any problems extremely quickly and efficiently. Kirsten Woodhead was amazing throughout the whole process, she kept me updated on a regular basis and was really supportive when we had some hiccups along the way.
