Ryder and Dutton have a "branch support" system, which means that if everyone at the branch you're calling is busy, you can still talk to someone. Viewing are hit and miss. Sometimes it's someone who knows about the property and can answer your questions, sometimes it's just someone with the key, which can be frustrating

At times the staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful. However, i did often feel hounded. This was especially bad at one point when i was hospitalised and was still beinv hounded.

Nikki and Becky have been fantastic and made securing a mortgage as quick and smooth as possible. They were easy to get in touch with, always got back in touch when requested and were happy to answer all of our questions (and there were many!). Would definitely recommend
