I am happy and grateful that Gemma helped me out with finding a house when I was struggling to find one.I’m unhappy and disappointed with the fact that the property has been handed over to me without cleaning. I have informed it immediately after moving in but no response which is worrying.

Thank you for your review.You have mentioned issues with cleaning but I can’t see this being reported to us on our systems. This is a property in which we just find a tenant for, and then the Landlord manages everything else, have you reported this directly to the Landlord?
