As a landlord living some distance from my property I rely on the lettings team to look after my rented property. Following a recent scheduled inspection some repairs were identified. The team were able to arrange quotes for these repairs which made such a difference to me with living so far away. It's good to know the team are there to help with the practical side of managing a rented house.

From the beginning Graham dealt with us in a friendly and professional manner and he really didn't seem to mind all the silly little questions I kept asking him. We also had the pleasure of having the sale handled by Roisin, who was always very understanding, friendly and helpful, and Janet who was absolutely amazing. Janet really went above and beyond and got me through a very traumatic time. Nothing was too much trouble and it was so reassuring to know Janet was just at the end of a phone call. She made me feel like I was her priority. I don't think I could have got through it without her. They are an absolutely amazing team of people and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
