As an auction buyer, having viewed many of their lots, AH have always been very helpful answering buyer questions, or finding out the answers if they don't know. They have been very accommodating in arranging sequenced viewings, in multiple locations. They give very open and honest opinions and appraisals of their properties to potential buyers, which is imperative from a buying perspective.

GoogleWith very little input from me the House was in the auction catalog. From that point on I have very little to do apart from the customary tell us about the house questionnaire and hand the keys in. It was easy to find out how much the house had made at action and the solicitors made everything easy. I will use auction House again.
