First time seller. Very grateful for help and guidance from Chris, which led to a succesful outcome. Saved a lot of hassle when selling from a distance, especially the surity that with the hammer down the deal would be completed.

TrustpilotGood judgment!
A pleasure to deal with , they are helpful and communicate well but of most importance - their advice is good : a pre auction offer was received which exceeded the reserve but they advised against accepting it judging that a better price would be achieved at auction given their assessment of the strength and reliability of the interest. They were right, the sale price achieved considerably exceeded the offer!
