Wow where do I start Auction house advertisement Said flats for sale It’s turned out they are not flatsBut a house no separate utilities or council tax No separate entrance.No due diligence Absolutely criminal wait to see this on rip off Britain.Abi if check with Blackpool council they have never been flats no planning applicationEtc.We have list of discrepancies Regarding this sale.

Our records show that you didn’t view the property in person or download the legal pack before bidding. This meant that you missed critical information that would’ve enabled you to make an informed decision before choosing to bid. Our listing pages where we advertise the property share as much information as is made available to us and did state that the property used to be a flat and is now in shell condition. We do however strongly advise all bidders to download and carefully review the legal pack before bidding, as once the gavel falls, contracts are exchanged, and the purchase is legally binding. We hope that this information helps to clarify why you were not fully aware of the condition of the property you purchased. Abi
