Just to let you know how pleased we are with the purchase of Flat 25 at Whittingham Court. What a wonderful purchase this has turned out to be. We moved in about a week ago and every day we are amazed at the quality, location and functionality of this fabulous apartment. Many, many thanks for your help in securing this property and we have nothing but good things to say about you and Birmingham Auction House.

TrustpilotAuction House Excellence
Having bad experiences previously selling an inherited property through traditional estate agents, I decided to go through Auction House - West Yorkshire. I need not have worried!! Their experienced team quickly assessed the property and valued it in a range that would be attractive to prospective buyers. They marketed the property online, gaining buyer interest over 3 open productive viewing days and delivered a new buyer on the specified auction day which met the property valuation expectations. If I had to sell a property again, I would definitely recommend going through Auction House.
