GoogleWe have had the pleasure of working with Blenheim for two property sales now, and after the first using them for the second was a no brainer. We felt valued, were walked through the process step by step (which I'm sure first time round was painfully slow) and dealt with with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Their rates were competitive, and the end to end management was a weight off our mind. Our first sale I was working overseas, and felt entirely comfortable with Emily supporting my partner in the house sale in my absence. On both sales, the team kept us well informed, supported with every aspect and importantly - got us a sale price beyond that we thought possible on both occasions. GoogleWhat can I say apart from Amazing !! I have used Blenheim twice in the last 12 months, both times my main contacts have been Kelly and Morgan. Communication has been excellent throughout, totally professional and extremely pro-active on all matters. Brochure was top quality, great photos too. Summing up, I would use the Blenheim team every day of the week.

From the first viewing and offer process with Beth to Kelly taking care of our purchase it was the most amazing service and care. Along with Emily and Claudia they were super fast with getting back to us every day every enquiry and every question of ours was answered promptly and with detail. They really add a knowledgeable service that you don't get with other agents, they know you by name everything is a personal bespoke service. Would recommend them to anyone. GoogleI dealt with Blenheim for the purchase of my new property. I firstly dealt with Lewis who dealt with the offers and kept me updated throughout the early stages of the process. Once the purchase started to go through I dealt with Kelly Rhodes Smith, who I have to say is excellent in her communication to her clients. I never once had to chase Kelly, and I had more than enough feedback on the vendors requirements. Kelly is an asset to Blenheim, and kept me updated more than the solicitors. Blenheim on moving day even went that extra mile and met me at the new property with the keys to save me time in the day which was much appreciated. Please pass my thanks on to all of the team.
