GoogleI can't rate Steven's highly enough. We purchased our home through them. On our first viewing James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and put us at ease. During the purchase Hannah was a shining light in what was an emotionally draining experience. She was so responsive and her customer service was excellent. When viewing the home during the process May was so lovely, and showed genuine interest in our future plans for the property, and shared local knowledge. When we picked up they keys we were greeted by Hannah and presented with a very thoughtful gift, a really lovely touch. This was our first home together so this moment was very special.

GoogleProfessional and helpful from viewing to completion. All staff members were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Hannah was wonderful and helped chase my very slow solicitors which meant that the sale went through in 11 weeks. Very much appreciated.

GoogleWhat a terrible man, never replies to emails or visits to the estate agents. All my 85 year mother in law wanted was reassuring about her water leak in her flat at that her water bill had doubled in six months, he is supposed to property managing, just a phone call, that's it!!! Man's got a back bone of a jellyfish Toilets fixed now thanks for your concern

FacebookWhilst it took a bit longer than we’d hoped to find a buyer it was worth the wait as we achieved a much better price. This was entirely due to our estate agents negotiating skills. However, where they really excelled was in ensuring that things proceeded from agreeing the sale to exchange which proved a very difficult task due to the inefficiency of the professional advisers in the chain. Their fees were very competitive too. We were very grateful that our estate agent and solicitor were excellent. Overall we were really pleased with them and would strongly recommend them to anyone else.
