FacebookI can highly recommend Andrew Fuller and Bell Ingram. From first seeing the house back in December, right through to finally moving in to my house on Mull, Andrew has been more than helpful and accommodating. He has kept in contact throughout the process and offered advice on island life as well as the house purchase. 10 out of 10 for service 🏆

GoogleWe had previously tried to market our plot with Bell Ingram, Oban in 2023/24, with little interest which, at the time, we put down to market forces. We are considering marketing our plot again, so contacted Andrew Fuller on 16 March. Even after two further calls, one text message and two emails we have not heard a thing as at 21 April despite being promised several times that Mr Fuller would be in touch. This is appalling service for an existing customer with property to sell. If it was possible to award zero stars we would, as their service and even communication has been non-existent, and we now wonder whether the previous lack of viewings was down to their lack of effort. We wouldn't now rely on them to market a bag of crisps and have contacted another agent.

FacebookWe were very impressed with the service we received from Bell Ingram. Our initial dealings were with Andrew Fuller who was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Advice given was sound, accurate and relevant. Our transaction was protracted (nothing to do with Bell Ingram) and during that time we came into contact with the other members of the Oban team - again, to a person, professional, reassuring and calming! Thank you Bell Ingram Oban.

FacebookWe were looking for a valuation and contacted Bell Ingram. Someone arrived from Mull on 12/07/2023 and did the valuation (apparently). I collected him from ferry and dropped him off again! Despite numerous phone calls re our valuation, we are still waiting. Oban office also made aware several times and completely disinterested- no apology, nothing!! Not a very professional company and they certainly don’t instill any confidence or trust in them.

The whole process was seamless and very professional with excellent customer service, updates and communication. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. GoogleRecently bought a property via Bell Ingram’s Oban branch. I rarely write reviews but felt that the service I received was one of the most positive estate agent dealings I’ve had. The staff (Laura and Mari) were responsive, helpful and upfront about the negotiations between myself and seller rather than being woolly and having the feeling you’re being slightly played against other interested parties which I’ve experienced in the past with house purchases.
