Google“Like most folk I am sure, we invited a number of Agents to offer their services to sell our property. Harry of Fine & Country was the second of the 3 that visited us. Even before the third came to see us we had already decided on Harry, his approach was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. There was no overt salesmanship just honest appraisal. The marketing approach offered to us was by and far the best of the 3 agents we saw. Once we had decided on Fine & Country we were introduced to Leah who managed the process throughout and she was excellent. Given this past year has been unprecedented due to the COVID lockdowns etc and extremely challenging for sellers, buyers, agents and the legal profession, Leah was in constant touch and responded immediately to any concerns that we may have had, she was the perfect foil between all parties and cemented the final outcome in the best interests of our selves as well as the purchaser. We certainly would not hesitate in recommending F&C to anyone and indeed would use them in any future transactions that we may be engaged in.PositiveProfessionalism

Excellent service from the whole team especially Leah who kept us informed all the way through the process which happened to be even more stressful due to the buyers solicitor and covid. GoogleWhen we decided to sell our property we invited Fine and Country to discuss our options and met Jon and Jennie for the first time. We were so impressed with their local knowledge and depth of experience relating to our type of property. We immediately felt comfortable that our property was in safe hands with these guys. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept us informed every step of the way. They vetted potential buyers before booking viewings which we were very grateful for as we had experienced time wasters previously with another agent. In no time at all we had 3 offers on the table all offering the full asking price. We discussed each of the offers on its individual merits with Jon and Jennie before deciding which one to pursue. GoogleAfter having our house on the market with another agent we moved to fine and country and sold within weeks. Leah was brilliant and guided us through the whole process. Leah answered all our questions, kept us informed and replied promptly even out of normal working hours. Other than harry doing the initial valuation we only dealt with leah and could not have asked for more.

She kept us updated and chased whenever we need more information or clarification. She was always calm and professional. Would use them again if I ever decided to move.
