Many people asked us why we didn’t opt for the cheap online agents. We were certainly grateful that we hadn’t when we encountered problems with our purchase. Anna and Diane were exceptional in helping me let out our home. Angela and team definitely earned every penny of their very competitive fee when selling our property - communication was top notch across the whole team by phone and email and they really went out to bat for us in facilitating a good sale. We were so excited this morning to enquire about a property were interested in but that was short lived after we encountered the woman working there. We asked basic questions which was met with hostility why do you want to know that, and what's it to you? Then a lesson on how expensive it is to live in Market Bosworth because we live in Nuneaton we wouldn't have any understanding of the prices because it's nice there but didn't ask us about our property or where we lived within the area. Again asking a reasonable question over parking response you don't own the roads what is it you want.....well I would of liked if you did your job and answered questions in a polite manner but that seemed to much. Then why are we enquiring if we haven't sold ours what's the point, again never asked if we are in a position to buy regardless we weren't there to waste time we took time off work to hopefully view the property this wasn't offered. The condescending, rude, dismissive way in which she delt with us has left me never wanting to use you in any capacity in the future. I can honestly see why this cottage has been in the market for 12 months as your representative has clearly repelled any potential buyers I know she has done exactly that with us perhaps if we'd lived in area acceptable to her the red carpet would have been rolled out even if we didn't have a penny but I guess snobbery is still alive and kicking even when you have the funds to buy. Update; as for your response this is completely untrue to anyone reading this we visited your shop in market Bosworth on the morning 18th October. The cottage we wished to view is on main Street in Market Bosworth being sold by three brothers, one of the brothers had just moved out and we're in no hurry to sell we know this because your agent told us. So we are very much real and we are very insulted by the treatment of the agent and this response is just side stepping and condoning your agents completely out of line attitude.
