I visited Walton Court Gardens and viewed the properties twice before putting in an offer. The Sales Advisor, Adrian Johnson, was really helpful and attentive to both me and family members when we were viewing the property. The experience was really positive. He responded back quickly regarding offers and helped move the process easily. Overall we’re happy with our experience at Walton Court Gardens, which has some beautiful properties in an excellent area.

Moved in a month ago and no issues - very happy with it. High quality, great design (bathrooms and kitchen in particular and the doors, windows, in-built wardrobe... pretty much everything), good insulation, very well built, better than expected. Thank you!

I have had a great experience with Crest Nicholson at Claybourne development. The customer service has been really good and I have always felt valued as a customer with great communication. The standard of homes is also great and you get lots of incentives included which you wouldn't get elsewhere.

I honestly can not express how disappointing this company is. From the moment we exchanged back in March they have been nothing but a problem. We finally moved in and I thought my problems would go away but nope. They have not told us, no warning just built a load of scaffolding on our driveway to build a wall for next door. As a result we now have a damaged car, my driveway taken from me and nowhere to park. Emailed to complain to be told it will be moved but the lazy builders have gone home. My exciting new home experience has been totally ruined by this company and I would not recommend to a friend.

So far my experience on the kegworth gate site has been excellent. It has been efficient and informative. I not only feel excited at the prospect of a new home but I also feel adequately supported for the process and that all my questions will be answered thoroughly.

Almost a year ago I complained about a disturbance on the Tadpole Estate. After following it up on multiple occasions the Head of Customer Service got back to me in a completely unprofessional manner with short one sentence emails saying he couldn't help, I didn't have enough information. A year later! I resent the photos I had taken and he redirected me to a different builder on the estate, despite this being a Crest owned estate. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Do not recommend.

Terrible service! 0 support! Reserved a property and was informed flooring was included in the price. This later turned out to not be the case we had to find the money to do this ourselves! We were shown a door and advised that it would be ours. After exchanging we were told that this was another thing they messed up. We had to find out from a local Facebook page that our house was going to be delayed as Crest did not bother to inform us. They are trying to lie their way out of the situation by telling us they informed my solicitors. This was proved by our solicitors to be incorrect. My advice to anyone would be don’t waste your time. If you do, then hang up the phone and ensure every single detail is written down. I recently address the flooring situation and was told it was a sale error. When I pressed for further details I received the following, as crest aren’t a fan of naming and shaming I have marked the names of staff with ‘XXXXX’Dear Miss Little, Historic issues regarding XXXXX have already been addressed.
