Having announced to Robert Ellis Lettings Team, headed up by Clair Jones that we needed a new rental property in the area, Mollie Deaton in the along Eaton Office responded immediately. Like my experience with most estate agents, I was expecting to be told to keep checking their website for updates and let them know. However, Mollie Deaton and Jessica Melbourne went above and beyond to make us aware of a newly listed property, then promptly followed up with arranging a viewing. Jessica Melbourne, called the same day to arrange the viewing almost immediately, meeting us at the property nice and early and showing us around. I wish all estate agents would have staff this friendly and professional, Mollie really made the entire challenge efficient and problem free. Clair Jones clearly works closely with Jessica Melbourne and Mollie Deaton to make sure this high standard of service is delivered on a regular basis. This is the second letting I've taken via Robert Ellis Lettings and now consider them as the 'go-to' estate agents for Long Eaton letting requirements. We seriously could not recommend them enough. A massive thank you to Claire and her fantastic team!

I live in North Yorkshire but used Robert Ellis to sell my mother's house in Bramcote. Amazing from start to finish!

Chantelle was absolutely brilliant from start to finish when me and my partner were searching for our first home together. She kept us very well informed throughout the process and was always on hand to answer any questions that we had. Even after picking up our keys, she even called me the next day to check we were settling in okay, and has also followed up since then! We couldn’t have asked for anything more from her or Robert Ellis and the process has been simple, streamlined and professional whilst also always having a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. Ella was great! Lovely lady that showed me around and gave time alone to look around and ask any questions and always had a quick knowledgeable answer for everything. The entire management team for Robert Ellis Lettings have been stellar in their customer service and promptly responded with every request and issue I encountered during the time Robert Ellis was my letting agency. The Lead Manager and supporting staff are nothing short of perfection with who they are and how they handle the tenants under their supervision. My building was sold to another management agency and this is the ONLY reason why Robert Ellis is out of the picture. Should anyone choose an agency for letting a dust, definitely pick them 10 out of 10.

Rude & obnoxious.

DISCRIMINATORY, RUDE & IN NO RUSH TO FIND TENANTS FOR YOUR PROPERTIES. I am disabled on full PIP/ UC etc. My current overnight carer alsp works full time and happy to stand guarantor. As he doesn't contribute to my rent or utilities he can't have any tenant rights, so when my health deteriorates I will prefer to have a female carer. I have been trying to arrange a viewing on a bungalow on Beaumont drive. I have rent,/ deposit on standby, yet despite trying 7/8 times they fi ally got back to me today in a rude tone of voice, like having to ring me back was an inconvenience. She gave me a viewing time, then asked what my total household income is.. I explained my situation. & after having to work out the annual income of my carer, and myself, she flatly told me that the required annual income for tenants was (a figure about £200 more than my annual income). I said "oh ok" to which she replied 'bye'before hanging up. I worked in property management and know that specifications such as that should be clearly advertised on their website, and should be outlined when advertising the property....They obviously werent happy with the fact I complained about repeatedly being ignored, & asked if the landlord is aware how hard their agent is trying to drive potentially tenants away. My rent would have been paid by the council due to my degenerative disability, & the fact I currently live in a 1st floor maisonette with 2 flights of stairs to face every fay of the week. I will NEVER Deal with Robert Ellis again.
