was here as part of the “supported”accommodation. would have been more supported by a piece of string and cardboard box. abysmal. consistently complained about poor smells and smelly drains despite having cleaned them for responses such as “we popped drain cleaner down it and it was all better 😇” despite me saying a million times over it was not going to work and was not fixed. would come into my bedroom at random points screaming the company name at 8am in the morning while walking in. put a lock on the heating meaning it could only be on for 30 mins at a time. complained about poor hygiene from roommate and nothing got done consistently. lost my keys at one point and had to wait over a month for new ones leaving me stranded on the street with no way to get inside without waiting for others. £550 a week they got claiming to be a “not-for profit” yet i can assure i did not cost them anywhere near that much and most certainly did not get that level of support. some nice workers to speak to here and there but a lot of agreeing with the complaints i had and not a whole lot of doing anything about it. would probably give 0 stars if i could. used to revise for a levels and have random people coming in from 9am-1am blasting music etc. abysmal from what i was told “you will only be living with people in similar situations”. do not recommend
