GoogleHave had a really smooth and professional move in process with this company. I am renting solo for the first time since starting my career as a doctor. Olivia and Cara were both always there to answer any of my questions via email and phone every single day. Any queries or concerns I had were sorted very promptly (far more than I was used to when I was renting as a student) and no question ever seemed too silly to be answered.
The whole process has been simple and any issues were resolved extremely quickly. It’s worth noting they have been very prompt with maintenance issues (fire alarm battery needed changing) - it was arranged to be fixed straight away. It can be difficult to arrange these things when you’re working in a hospital, but the team have very kindly worked around me.
I would highly recommend this company to other young professionals who are looking to rent/ buy. You can rest assured knowing this company provides very good customer service. It is clear they care about their tenants - I have been very impressed!

Google1 star is far too generous. Increases rent but loves to avoid fixing actual problems.
If you want a comfortable, well-insulated, mould-free property, this agency is NOT for you. Their approach to repairs and complaints is completely unacceptable.
Be warned: if you know your legal rights as a tenant, they may send threatening emails and try to intimidate you into submission. Don’t let them.
Not to mention they will share your email/personal information with other tenants.
I was lucky to escape when I did. Good luck to anyone renting with them... it’s a truly vile experience.
