I chose Bairstowes because they are a well known local estate agent and have vast knowledge of their area. I sold my house within three months and it was a smooth transaction from taking the excellent photos to handing over the keys. I also purchased a property at the same time, again through Bairstowes. Ali is the shining star at bairstow. He phoned, chased and helped however he could throughout the whole process. Can't fault Bairstow at all, only issue we had was with the conveyancers they recommended, but issues were escalated through their internal contacts at least.

Bairstow Eves, Clifton have sold two properties for me this year. The buyer of one of them pulled out just prior to completion causing me some difficulties. Last year I started the process of looking for a house as a first time buyer. After a few complications, I was recommended by a friend to go to Samuel Newman-Earp for help with mortgage advice. This was an excellent recommendation as he supported and guided me through the whole process. At the start of the process, I felt very overwhelmed and clueless about buying a house. Thanks to Sam, I very quickly felt in control and understood the steps so I could make important decisions on the house and the mortgage. Sam continued to help me no matter how big or small my question was and he continues to offer support even months after the completion date. I would recommend Sam 100% for mortgage advice.
