GoogleThe property I have been living in for 24 years was being auctioned by your company. Laurent has been my point of contact and I cannot thank him enough for all the support he has given me. So much so he even answered a query while on holiday abroad. A very polite and smart young man who I hope will go far in his chosen career, a definite credit to his company. GoogleHaving never used a property auction before, we recently sold an inherited property through Auction Estates. We dealt with Paul, Jez and Laurent and found them to be helpful and responsive throughout the process. The property didn’t sell in the room, but they carried on working for us after the auction and secured a sale three days later, close to the reserve price we had aimed for. We were very happy with the service provided and would have no hesitation in using them again.

GoogleI recently sold my house through Auction Estates and had the pleasure of working with Jez Kearney. He was the only person I saw from the auction from start to finish, and he made the whole experience stress-free. Jez was easygoing, very knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Jez and Auction Estates. Compared to traditional estate agents, the process was much less stressful, yet to receive the money but I think fees are very reasonable. Plus, you can sell your house a lot quicker. Overall,I highly recommend selling your house through auction estate.

GoogleWe've purchased through Auction Estates multiple times and continue to be impressed by Laurent McCready. Laurent is a true professional always readily available on the phone or in person. Laurent prides himself on being able almost any question regarding properties he is involved in or alternatively actively seeks out the answer in a timely manner. We have also sold properties through Auction Estates and again handled by Laurent. He is continually professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a true asset to Auction Estates.

GoogleAuction Estates, and particularly Laurent, were fantastic in helping us buy our property prior to auction. He was friendly, professional and extremely helpful and worked quickly to liaise between us and the seller and the deal was done in a week! He put us in touch with a great solicitor and went over and above to make sure we got the keys before the office closed for Christmas. Fantastic company with lovely people!

GoogleI sold a property with Auction estates earlier this year. Paul and his team have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I had no experience with selling a property via auction so was rather anxious to begin with, Auction Estates took the time to run me through the whole process and kept me updated throughout with how my listing was doing. It sold in the room for more than I had expected and the completion process was quick and smooth. The team also answered all of my queries post sale putting my mind to ease! I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

GoogleI used Auction Estates at an uncomfortable time in my life.(going through the probate process.) Had very little experience around property auctions but the auction estates team made it easy from start to finish. only a phone call away happy to answer all your questions and put your mind at rest. My representative was Laurent very professional and informative. Always wanted to put his best foot forward for the client would definitely recommend buying or selling.

GoogleExcellent service, these guys provide the service that is above and beyond what is expected from a auction house. We dealt wth a gentleman named Jez Kearney. He is your man if you want to sell or buy at auction. I find him very helpful and goes the extra mile to secure a sale. He always returns a call and his team in the office are very supportive and do what they say. I personally would not recommend any other auction house as auction estates offer a 5 star service and my experience was excellent.

GoogleNever having bought at auction before I had a number of questions which were all answered by Laurent. He was able to reassure me that is is in fact a fairly straightforward process. They are always on hand to answer questions. If you have never bought at auction and are not sure about the process, I would recommend bidding on one of the Auction Estates sales. The sales process was simple and their fees are considerably cheaper than most other auction houses.

GoogleBuying any property can be a real roller coaster ride, buying at auction and there are even more pressures because of tight time scales etc. Being able to see the details in the auction pack rather than the drip feed from the usual estate agents and solicitors etc is a very welcome benefit of the auction process. But there is still a mountain of information to take in and numerous hurdles to cross and Jez from Auction Estates provided great impartial advice and reassurance as we navigated the process. I would happily buy again at auction and an advantage of buying through Auction Estates over online is that they do not add a 1%-3% on top of the hammer price for the buyer that we have seen from some online auctioneers

He's since been on the phone with further suggestions and ideas for the carpark I purchased and even navigated a few legal queries for me. I highly recommend Auction Estates as an auction house and the incredibly diligent service offered by Jez Kearney.

GoogleDid a very good job selling my HMO got an excellent price for it a lot more than it was worth and I know for a fact it would not have got past the valuation stage if it had been sold under private treaty. I only paid 95k for it less than 2 years prior to these guys selling it for 250k! Money was in the account 28 days later and a very smooth transaction too, the solicitors they work with are reliable too. The Daily Mail even wrote a piece on the sale it was that good.
