I can not fault Argyle it was an easy process from booking an appointment through to viewing. Kevin was considerate, kind and knowledgeable of the house and landlord. Although the particular property wasn't for me, we walked away feeling listened to and valued. I actually said I would look up the estate agents, to view more properties (found initial property on Rightmove).

I completed on my first home last week via Argyle Property Associates. Ed was amazing throughout the process. He was always friendly and went above and beyond to ensure all queries were answered. He was really accommodating for my requests for viewings throughout the process. Being a first time buyer, it was all a bit daunting, but Ed helped make the process as easy as it could have been on his end! He also gave me a lovely gift tote when I collected the keys (including Celebrations and Hobnobs which gave me some much needed energy over the last few days!). I would highly recommend Argyle to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Edward was great throughout the whole process. He took the time to make sure the house was marketed in the best way possible by providing accurate research on the area, writing a great description and taking some lovely photos. I would say that Ed cares far more than the average estate agent and keeps in touch with you at every stage. Selling a house isn't always stress free but Edward certainly helped on that end of the process. I've already recommended Edward to several people off the back of my own experience.

Very positive experience, our sale was a little challenging, finally completed after the 3rd time Ed had sold our house, at each knock back Ed got right to it and his persistent final won through with a sale and completion in just 10 weeks, once sold Ed kept us in the loop chasing up with the buyer and her side along with our own solicitors, this pushing the process forward and I believe this is why we completed in under 3 months. Ed is probably the best estate agent we have come across ! He played a crucial part in helping us buy our new home. Worst Agent ever. Went to see a property priced at £220k. Price start going up and agent asked for best price without telling us what price is being offered. So i could not give him my final price due to this. It could be a deploy for us to try to pull out more money. No phone communication with agent apart from emails.
