GoogleI was securing a rental property on behalf of my son (professional) and dealt with Lizzie. It had been many many years since I had rented property and as there was distance involved, I wanted to be sure I could find someone trustworthy to deal with. Lizzie was an absolute pleasure to deal with and guided us thru the letting process in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. Every query was quickly answered, and nothing was any trouble whatsoever. Thank you Lizzie :) I would not hesitate to recommend Lizzie and 3D Lets, you will receive a service second to none.

Google3D Lets were really helpful at every process of me moving in to my flat, Lizzie responded to my queries promptly when I moved in a year ago, and Carla has been incredibly helpful on helping me to choose another flat with 3D when my tenancy ended. I'll definitely continue to use them moving forward as I've only had positive experiences with them, which is in huge contrast to the last places I have lived!

GoogleSo far I have only dealt with 3D Lets over email and phone and they have been great in arranging my accommodation for myself and my partner. They were consistent in reminding us what needed doing (as we both work/study full time), and flexible with arranging the viewing and other aspects of the application process. Particularly, I have to thank Carla and Lizzie for their kind and prompt responses to my queries. Looking forward to moving in ! :)

Google3D Lets made the letting experience very straight forward for me, answering my endless amount of questions and providing an excellent level of communication. They guided me through the paperwork and found a tenant for my property within the space of a week. I have opted for the fully managed option and have every faith, based on my early experience, that my house is in good hands. Thank you Carla and Lizzie. Recommended.

GoogleAvoid At All Costs!! Update: the only reason they have only 5 star reviews: they threaten you on the phone dozen of times a week if you give anything less than 5 stars. And they threaten google as well, so google just deletes any negative reviews. This company behave in extremely criminal way. Harassment and threats. Dont believe other reviews. And if google censors my current review its pure corruption. Let the people know the truth! Stop censoring different opinions! I regret the day i ever did business with this new company. They probably caused alot of pain and misery to many other tenants then kept changing names to avoid scrutiny. They couldnt care less about you THE MOMENT after you pay them. They will ignore your phone calls, emails, and when you do finally reach them.. they will try by any means to Not help you with your problem and send you anywhere else to find help. I used 5 other agencies in the past, I never experienced such horrific behavior. If even one person is saved by reading this - then I've done my part..

However, after moving into the property in June, you changed it to a 1-star review. During our phone conversation yesterday, you mentioned that everything was fine and that the negative review must have been a mistake. Consequently, you deleted the review. It is distressing to discover that you have reposted another negative review just hours after our conversation. The wording is almost identical to a previous 1-star review we received (which google has thankfully removed), making it clear that it was from you. We care deeply about our tenants and landlords, whether or not we manage the property. While we do not manage the property you reside in, we have assured you of our willingness to help with any problems you may encounter. We value all feedback and strive to address any issues raised. However, considering our history of outstanding reviews, we find this particular review to be unfair and untrue. Therefore, we will need to report it to Google due to its detrimental effect on our business. GoogleThe team at 3D Lets were fantastic from start to finish. I enquired about a property on a wet and miserable Wednesday morning having arrived in Nottingham to view potential places for my daughter to live. I was pretty fed up with being ghosted and messed around and trying to make appointments to view properties. The team at 3D lets could not have been more helpful. They set up an appointment for us to see a really nice studio apartment that afternoon - which as it happened my daughter loved. But they also took time to talk me through the areas where the other properties I had lined up were located and gave me super helpful advice. Not being local ourselves - this was invaluable. The process for setting up the tenancy has been quick and easy. And I'd recommend 3D Lets without hesitation.
