Brilliant from start to finish Curtis came to value efficient, friendly , & professional , great service from team booking in viewings , sold quickly Then a big thank you to Lauren Oliver who took over and looked after us from the after sales team , so happy & friendly and had great communication she kept us up to date at every step as things progressed professional and efficient service. Not planning on moving agin think this will be our last move but would highly recommend to anyone looking to move home ( buying or selling ) great service Many Thanks to everyone concerned

Chloe has been amazing

Minors and Brady have been excellent from the start of the process, arranging multiple viewings from word go and updating us after each one. When we did sell we were then transferred to the after sales team and received amazing service from Chloe at the Wroxham office. Without her constant support and problem solving our move would not have gone ahead. There have been several issues with the chain however Chloe has been there every step of the way, keeping us regularly updated and resolving all the issues. Multiple estate agents have been involved with this Chain, however Chloe is the only one who knew exactly what was going on and how to progress things further. Others in the chain who were using a different estate agent even commented on how much more efficient Chloe was compared to their own agent, who didn't seem to know what was going on. I have no doubt without Chloe's hard work our sale would not have gone through and we would have had to go back on the market. Thank you!

Great experience

Myself and my partner have been trying to find a rented property that allows dogs, Joe Richards has been so helpful, showing us around properties, he was polite, friendly and quick at responding to any questions we had. He has suggested properties within Minors and Brady around the area that would also allow dogs. Very professional, would recommend Joe for any lettings queries you may have. Thank you again.

Friendly team, helpful and pro-active.

Really pleased with how Dan, Liam and the team dealt with the viewings, we have animals and they made sure they didn't get out and provided prompt feedback on the viewings we had. We are now being looked after by their aftersales team, both Caitlin and Chloe are doing a great job keeping an eye on things and making sure it all goes smoothly.

Chris took us to view two properties this afternoon. The companies staff are a delight to deal with. Chris was polite, professional and had a great rapport with the owners of the properties. To big for their boots?

Listed my home with Minors and Brady signing up for a higher fee than competitors due to them promising the best customer service. All my viewings I had to do myself, cancelled viewings blaming our availability despite not even knowing about a viewing, buyers wanting to view house but told cannot facilitate. Worst customer experience I've ever had, salesman who promises the world and delivers nothing! Claimed to be the biggest in Norfolk yet seem to be very disorganised.

UNREASONABLE RENT INCREASES!

Such a lovely Company! I have been renting for only 12 months and in their infinite wisdom have increased my rent today from £875.00 - £920.00 pm. I don't think they would even begin to understand how very wrong this is! Gas&Electric Bills, through the roof, council tax will no doubt go up this year, food prices and inflation at an all time high! To say these people have no morals is an understatement.I can envisage many Tenants facing the streets because of Agencies like Minors and Brady! Greedy landlords encouraged by equally greedy Agencies! Sickening and should not be allowed!!!!

Great Customer Service

Viewed a flat recently on the Riverside development in Norwich. The property consultant was Amber Rackham. She was lovely to deal with, having a positive and helpful disposition yet not at all pushy. If this is a typical example of Minors and Brady’s business practice then they seem to be hitting the nail on the head as far as customer service is concerned!
