Can't fault the service I have received. Alex & his team are always on hand to help with any issues as well as advise me how to best capitalise on my investments. Melanie have always rented my properties & have been quality - treating my properties with respect as if they were their own. All the health & safety as well as other legislative requirements have been taken care of swiftly - especially when it comes to my licensed HMOs. Choose Melanie Estates for a comprehensive service. Very satisfied customer!

My wife and I needed a better apartment and we needed to move out of the shared apartment we were in as quickly as possible. STUDENTS AVOID!!!! property was not cleaned prior to moving in EVEN DURING A PANDEMIC! smoke alarms were broken and light electrics were literally falling apart. 0 communication and very unprofessional. if you’re a student and want a nice home to live in with no stresses, DO NOT GO WITH THESE ESTATE AGENTS!

As an international student, I came into the UK and was expecting to see an accommodation close to UEA but couldn't get after a few months. Melanie Estates came through and didn't allow me to get stranded.
