Really disorganised and rude. We had a viewing booked one morning for a property, my partner and I travelled to the appointment at 10.30am and found no one there. Considering we booked the appointment only the day before we were quite mystified to why the place was deserted. A quick call to the office revealed that our appointment was apparently at 10.15, the agent has waited for ten minutes and then moved on. There was no email confirmation, no phone call to see if we were on our way, just a complete waste of time and earnings and barely even an apology! I phoned back a short time later to find out what had happened and why we hadn't received a call to see if we were on our way (other estate agents in Norwich would do from our experience) and I was told I shouldn't have been late in a rude manner and I shouldn't have written it down wrong. Even though I'm sure 10.30 was the agreed time. Appalling customer service. It's safe to say I don't care how nice the property is, I wouldn't ever want to deal with this company on a regular basis. AVOID.

As a long term tenant I found Rachel and the team at Duke St Lettings to be professional and helpful at all times. I rented a property via DSL for well over a decade and, although contact was hardly frequent, I always found them to be friendly and considerate; they organised any work on the house or regular inspections quickly and were happy to accommodate my availability. I would certainly recommend renting via Duke St

I have used DSL (and it's predecessor) for the past 39 years for three properties in NWI, until I sold them all recently. For most of that period I was living for work reasons in Brunei, Azerbaijan, Singapore, Dubai and Russia so it was essential I had a competent, professional, experienced, polite, friendly and trustworthy letting agent "on the ground" locally. I think 39 years shows that I was completely happy with their level of service in all respects. I felt I was getting very personailised service and all issues were dealt with - certainly without my need to be involved in all the granular, day-to-day stuff. I'm very grateful I found them, and wholeheartedly recommend them.

My partner was Given a moving in date was messed around for 3 weeks no apoligy moved into a basement flat the damp and smell was shocking, lived there untill contract was up, was told I would get deposit back the next day tried calling office for days no answer, when they finally answered they told us the lady who was dealing with it would be back Monday 1st january, considering the place is shut new year's Day they filled us with more lies, moved out 9 days ago and had no answers just left in the dark very disappointed !!!

Sent an enquiry on Zoopla, left a voicemail, never heard back. Managed to get hold of them on the phone, very short, not really interested and promised to call back and then never heard again. If that's the service before even becoming a tenant, wouldn't risk it!!
