I recently interacted with Attik Real Estate and was disappointed by their approach to discussing property prices. Any attempt to negotiate or even discuss the price seemed inappropiate to them. While I understand the importance of maintaining property value, open communication and a willingness to discuss is crucial in real estate. I hope they can improve their customer service to be more flexible and understanding in the future. Updated Review:I am updating my previous review and increasing the rating from 1 star to 3 stars. The agency did address my concerns and reached out to me via email, which demonstrates a level of professionalism. However, I still believe that they did not serve the vendor's best interests. Their approach did not secure the best offer for the vendor, which is a critical aspect of their service. Therefore, at this time, I cannot recommend this agency to either vendors or buyers.
