GoogleIvan was our estate agent for buying our first home and I have to say this man is absolutely amazing! Not only is he very personable but nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He stayed in constant contact with us through the whole process, explaining everything to us as we went. We didn’t have a wealth of knowledge with this being our first purchase but Ivan was very patient answering all our questions, gathering information we needed and guiding us through the process which I am very lucky to say went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Edward Mellor and 100% recommend Ivan!

GoogleFantastic 5* service from start to finish
Stephen made the process of putting the house on the market uncomplicated and backed up his valuation with detailed analysis of properties that had sold in the area. He took all the marketing photos himself the same day as the valuation and was extremely understanding of the situation of this sensitive sale. I couldn't have asked for a more calming start to the process.
This was followed up by great co-ordination of viewings by Connor; and then Iain who was very proactive at following up after offers and determining a strategy to choose a way forward with the offers received.
As soon as an offer was accepted, Sally was in regular contact updating me on the progress of the sale and chasing solicitors where necessary.
Efficient, highly professional and above all personal experience... I cannot recommend these "Fab Four' highly enough.
