GoogleI am so delighted with the way the boiler issue I reported at 42 Barley lane was handled by the person incharge by name Muhtasin Munim. I was calmly listened to when I reported the issue. The promptly actions that were taken to ensure a new boiler was installed at the property when the engineer confirmed that the old boiler can not be fixed is highly commendable. Thank you so much

GoogleThanks to the fantastic team at Your move for our house sale, we sold above market price, and had a very thorough sales administrator named Jo. She liaised with the solicitors on both sides on our behalf to make sure the sale could move along as quickly as possible. Our sale was complex but with Jo, I was confident it would get over the line, not only that, she was just a lovely person too! Would highly recommend selling with Your move!

Initially we were shown the property by Floyd who gave us great information on the various options without being pushy, then he introduced us to Graham their associated mortgage advisor who qualified my daughter and got her a mortgage offer within days. Finally, we were looked after by the wonderful sales Coordinator Joanne (Jo) who delivered service beyond excellence, she kept us well informed, chased all parties to ensure our dates were met. She was the first to congratulate us on exchange of contracts!

Siobhan in particular has been very helpful and indeed flexible in liaising with the tenants and indeed contractors organising repairs and arranging payments for them and routine maintenance to be taken in manageable installments. GoogleActually trying to actively steal money from people. The most disgusting estate agents I’ve ever seen people have to deal with. Borderline refuse to speak to tenants over the phone and won’t communicate properly over email. Feel bad for anyone who has to go through them over issues with their tenancy.
