GoogleI have applied and paid the holding deposit three weeks ago, and after giving my notice and nearly have to leave the house I’m renting at the moment they told me they can only accept with a mortgage guarantor. Worst experience ever, don’t recommend them to anyone, they doing this to people.NegativeProfessionalism
