Outstanding service, went above and beyond!I was really struggling to rent a property elsewhere, but Richard Greener Estate Agents went completely above and beyond for me. All the staff were incredibly helpful, but Ryan and Richard mainly looked after everything and ensured I successfully got the tenancy on the very first property I viewed with them. The whole process from start to me moving in took only a few weeks. They made everything smooth, fast, and stress-free when I needed it most. I cannot thank them enough for their support and highly recommend their fantastic team!

The initial market appraisal with Matthew was informative, relaxed and accurate. The subsequent viewings were handled professionally but always with warmth and honesty which many agents can lack. At all times our family space was respected.
After accepting an offer, within 2 weeks of hitting the market, Maria Greener then took over proceedings and was an absolute powerhouse... whipping a very lengthy and tricky chain into order. Quite frankly a lesser agent would not have completed.

The staff were very unhelpful and I felt they were not honest when it came to returning my deposit. Be cautious when dealing with them and make sure to keep records and documentation throughout your tenancy. Don’t trust a word those agents say

I wouldn’t recommend Richard Greener Rentals, unfortunately I had the misfortune of speaking with Ryan who was condescending and rude.My neighbours rent from Richard Greener Rentals and after 6 months of having no fence between us and us having to purchase a temporary fence to stop our dog getting into their garden, they eventually organised a ‘fencer’ to carry out the work. It seems they don’t check their contractors work, nor care about complaints
