GoogleI would highly recommend Property Power. They are very professional and proactive in managing rental properties from a landlord’s perspective. Nicky was my main point of contact for many years and consistently kept me updated on any maintenance or issues with the property. Excellent service overall.

GoogleVery professional and friendly. Nicky was the main person we spoke to if there were any issues. She was very attentive and proactive. Most of the fixes made during tenancy were proactively initiated. Some agents are interested in keeping their costs low but this agency was very professional and keen on making sure we lived comfortably.

GoogleThis unprofessional company refuse to fix an electronic gate to my dad’s flat so the other day he was stuck outside for hours unable to get into St Martin’s house. The gate has an intermittent fault that comes and goes. Despite the fact the woman on the phone admitted to knowing there was a fault (someone else also could not get in and complained), not to mention this has been going on for years, she refused to send anyone around to fix the gate. It gets worse. My dad spent a night in a hotel. It cost £150 (every other hotel was sold out). My dad sent an email explaining what had happened to him, being locked out for hours (he is 70), and guess what… Property Power couldn’t even be bothered to reply!!! Disgusting and shameful customer service. They should give him £150 from either the landlord or themselves to cover the fact he had to pay out for a hotel. I hate how unprofessional this company is. How hard is it to reply to emails and to fix an electronic gate? Useless!

GoogleIt was a great pleasure having such a team support us in moving to a new apartment. It was swift and straightforward. They are extremely professional in their engagement with clients. I would recommend Property power agency to anyone looking for a place to rent in Northampton.

GoogleI wish I can give this Agency 0 star . I will never recommend them to anyone else. Don’t be in a hurry to sign a tenancy contract with them. They know what issues they have in some of their properties so they will not give you the tenancy agreement to read through before you sign. They will tell you tenancy agreements are sign on the day you are coming to collect your keys. They will let you sign them when getting there and tell you if you go and notice anything in the agreement let them know. because there’s no time for you to read almost 100 pages of the agreement. After signing the rest will be history. I REPEAT don’t be in a hurry to sign a contract with them. You will regret it.

FacebookProperty Power is the best rental agency I’ve ever used as I can attest from my experience renting through them for two years. They are professional, effective and understanding. They promptly fixed any problems I had with the apartment and communicated relevant information to me in a timely manner. The Property Power team is truly outstanding and I would highly recommend using Property Power to anyone.

FacebookJust moved away from the area after just over 2 years renting through Property Power. The ladies in the office have always been prompt to respond and lovely to deal with. All matters were resolved politely and quickly and even at the end of our tenancy they were more than happy to help out. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, sad to be leaving the area!
Thank you so much Jonny. We wish you both the best in your new home. Property Power

GoogleI have been with the agency for just over 2 years and I have always found them to be very professional. Great communication via email and letters , and in the rare time I needed something looking or repaired in the property it was sorted very quickly and I found them very supportive. The only reason I'm leaving is due to getting a mortgage, but I couldnt recommend them enough as agency's goes they did everything you could expect and more! they have a lady named nicky who I found to be particularly helpful towards me and my family she is a credit to the business always very respectful aswell.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleProbably the worst letting agency I've encountered, but I maybe wrong. They let you settle in nicely, spend a few £££s on your place then they find a way of moving you on. Naaah not for me anymore, look elsewhere. … More
Good Afternoon John - you must have the wrong agency as we have never had a tenant with your name at any of our properties. Edit - We used to yes. However I cannot help with any of your issues as I cannot put a property to your name. Please email me at info@property-power.co.uk

GoogleI've been renting through Property Power for over 2 years now and they've been hands down the best agency I've ever rented through. Whenever we've had any issue with the flat, they get it resolved immediately and they never query us about it. The workmen they use are lovely and always go out of their way to help. I genuinely couldn't recommend this agency more.

FacebookWe would like to say what a fantastic service we have had from Property Power while we were looking for rental properties. The staff there are so nice and helpful, and very professional in what they do, and its been like dealing with an old friend rather than the usual "sales" people. If you're looking to rent then I would definitely recommend them. Thank you all for your help. Sandra & Ken
