GoogleReally difficult to write such a negative review but my wife and I had such a terrible experience with Jackson Grundy. We had been searching for our perfect 'forever' home for many months and were thrilled and excited to come across a house in Guilsborough that met all of our needs for ourselves and our 5 children. We phoned and booked an appointment for the 1 and only open day immediately and were told " you are first through the door". A week of driving out to get a feel for the village and show our children photos of the house and surrounding area was met with a short, abrasive and quite frankly thoughtless phone call the day before we were due to view, telling us somebody had managed to view it early and put in an offer the owners accepted. Underhanded, dishonest company we will certainly steer well clear of going forward.
