Hello What Ever. When businesses work really hard on their customer service, as all of those in our industry do, it is a shame that overall review figures can be distorted by reviews such as this, with no information - not even a name - that we can investigate. It does make the review look nothing more than malicious. We have reported this review as inappropriate and hope that it will not cloud the judgement of those genuinely looking for property advice and support. If yours is a genuine review, please do provide details, as we take all feedback very seriously and will investigate such a low score.

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
