Called to arrange a valuation at the Ashby branch they requested details to call but never did, then blamed me for not calling them. Poor all round, so I wasn’t optimistic about their sales performance following that and went elsewhere.

GoogleHowkins & Harrison have been both professional and personable throughout my dealings with them. In particular, the lettings negotiator Javed took the time to keep me updated on properties that fit exactly what I wanted during the viewing process and was incredibly friendly throughout. I couldn't recommend this letting agency highly enough.
