Over the last two decades I have had a lot of dealings with Estate and Lettings Agents both professionally and for personal reasons. I can honestly say that few measure up to the professional standards to be found at Howkins & Harrison. I would trust them to handle any transaction whether buying, selling or finding good tenants as they are interested in achieving a good outcome for the customer, unlike some of their competitors who are just commission focussed.

As first time renters it was a bit terrifying. We had Jamie Campbell of H&H support us every single step of the way. Fantastic response time, patience and professionalism, keeping us updated every step of the way to make our life easier.

Finding a tenant for my property.

I have used Howkins and Harrison multiple times and have always found them reliable and efficient. Evie and Javed have again worked hard to find me tenants that have been thoroughly checked to ensure that they are trustworthy. They are kept me well informed throughout the process and responded promptly to any queries I have raised. I would have no hesitation is using them again.

Howkins and Harrison managed sales of 2 flats for me. They were very helpful and communicative throughout including discussions regarding potential purchasers. In the end they achieved reasonable sales prices for both flats with reasonable commission rates. A big Thank you.
