GoogleShocking service. After moving out of a rental property we have been treated disgracefully by andrea fletcher. These people are trying to do all that they can to keep all of our deposit. Have lived in many rentals over the years so I am very aware of the process. We have always got our full deposit back with no issues. Andrea has been unprofessional in her email responses and plays the victim when questioned. We have always been on time paying our rent. Prior to moving in to the property we asked that the small fridge in the kitchen be removed as we have our own fridge/freezer. The fridge was removed prior to us moving in and now at the end of the tenancy they are acting like the don't know where it is. Very unprofessional indeed. After sending us the checkout report they then tried to add more deductions a few days later for a burn mark that was not there when we moved out and was not picked up by the agent on the checkout report. If you are thinking of renting with them go elsewhere.NegativeProfessionalism
