We just wanted to let you know how fabulous one of your agents is, Jonathan Lloyd-Ham. The sale of our property, Apple Tree Lodge in Maidford, Towcester completed last week which Jonathan managed. From the very first moment we spoke to Jonathan for getting a valuation, all the way through to completion day, his level of service and professionalism has not just been good but outstanding. It is rare to find someone these days with the clear level of passion and enthusiasm for their job that Jonathan has unwaveringly shown. There is a saying that it is not what someone says or does but how they make you feel that you remember - we feel like we had a friend who we trusted and who supported us throughout, with nothing being too much trouble. The key though to this was it was clear he was doing it out of genuine love for his job and compassion for his clients, rather than chasing a target. I am assuming in this industry sale targets are a primary focus, but often at the detriment of losing compassion. Johnathan has not lost this and should be the leading example for the estate agent culture. Our hope with this review is that you run some form of reward and recognition, and again not just base this on target achievement but value and recognise the approach and professionalism of your agents who go above and beyond, not just their outcomes. Jonathan fully deserves this recognition. We would not hesitate to use Fine and Country again, but with the express request that our agent, regardless of locality, was Jonathan. We have been really happy with the service Marie has provided through Fine and Country. We know others who have also chosen to use Marie and we have recommended her to our friends. This is because she offers all that other agents do but she goes over and above to offer the best service possible. There are many ways she does this. Firstly, Marie is extremely proactive & keeps in touch with potential buyers & sellers; a network of potential clients she clearly works hard to maintain. Marie uses social media as her communication tool and she is very responsive which is handy when time is important! Furthermore, Marie is meticulous at presenting your home in the best way possible, advising you how to layout the house and dress it should you want that help. We are in the process of moving house, and Marie Fritz is the estate agent of the house we are purchasing. It's been such a smooth process so far, Marie keeps us regularly updated and chases things along when other agents in the chain aren't being as proactive. Arranging viewings of the property are done efficiently, any questions I have are answered promptly and Marie has taken the stress out of the moving house process. We bought our house through Marie at Fine and Country Northampton. We actually met Marie whilst viewing another property but we can honestly say we were impressed by her knowledge, diligence and cooperation on the first viewing. We then came across Marie for our eventual house, recently bought and she has proved responsive, honest and helpful throughout our end buying process and we feel she was fundamental to pushing through the completion in time not only to meet the stamp duty deadline but also prior to the birth of our son. One of the frustrations in house buying can be chasing a chain, Marie took this role on and kept us updated and helped to ensure movement between agents, buyers, sellers and conveyancers occurred. Having encountered a few agents during our search we can honestly say Marie was fantastic. She always gave us confidence and on the rare occasions she might not have known the answer she sought out the answer swiftly, often within an hour or so.
