The good advertising, but don’t think about the actual people whose home it belongs to specially the children

I’ve been through a very difficult divorce took over six years to sort out. Finally got to sell it at Auction house East Anglia, they knew our situation. My ex has got a very bad police record which we shall be going to court next week April time, they done well advertising it, we have now got two grown-up children one is 23 And the other is 19 nearly 20, they were very young when I left, I had to fight hard for them to get their stuff, and we still haven’t got all our stuff, they were very upset known at their home was going to be sold, but understood, I wasn’t very happy finding out that they advertised it in the EDP after it got sold they knew what we were going through,

Chris and Steve made the whole transition really easy in a very stress full time of our lives,he explained how it would work and the best strategy he thinks would be the best solution to sell our three units.They even passed on the solicitors who be best in our situation. Great Service

I was passed onto Auction House West Yorkshire by my estate agent as my property was not suitable for a normal sale, due to its condition. Stephen and Jon were my points of contact and managed all aspects of the process of sale from arranging my EPC, brochure, house viewings, giving feedback from viewings etc. and all the way through to the auction itself on 14/12/22. I was very impressed with how they supported and helped me throughout, which was most appreciated as I did not have any prior knowledge or experience of house selling by auction. I felt that they went the extra mile for me as they provided meter readings several times that I required for my energy provider, as I was unable to get them myself due to living in Buckinghamshire. I was most grateful for this and not having to make a special journey up to Yorkshire to do this saved me both a lot of money and time.I would thoroughly recommend Auction House West Yorkshire to anyone who is selling a property that requires a sale by auction.
