Above and beyond from start to finish

Jonathan persevered and was with me every step of the way - through two failed auctions, and then the third, which never even needed to happen. He was super responsive, even when he was on holiday, and went above and beyond doing absolutely everything they could to sell my flat. The director Sam was also really communicative. They're not like any other auction house or estate agent I've ever met. They weren't motivated by purely making a seller drop their price - they were motivated by doing everything they could to help, and they really listen to every individual story. I couldn't have been happier and would recommend them to anyone.

Auction your house - the way of the future

We had never thought of taking the house to auction but after three "offers" that went nowhere using the old estate agent route ("Thanks for accepting the offer but the kids have decided they want a newer house") we discussed with our agent, YourMove and they put us in touch with Sam Harris at Auctionhouse. Sam was brilliant talked us through everything and when we accepted an offer "bang" it was a confirmed deal and went ahead without a hitch. We still had solicitors so there was a bit of back and forth but the outcome was guaranteed. Joy.

Beyond Grateful.

I cannot praise Dan enough and would highly recommend him. He was so kind, helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. Do not use this company! They offer 14 days free cancellation this is a lie!They trick you into waiving this and quickly prove they are not worth the time. When you try and cancel they stick you with a huge cancellation fee. They will also claim payments haven’t went through and try to get more money out of you. Do not use this company! Staff communications are extremely poor and when they do eventually reply they are incredibly rude-an all round horrendous experience if I could give zero stars I would

An exceptional experience

Olivia the auctioneer came to value my property she was so positive and enthusiastic, explained everything including all the financial details in a very clear and understandable way. Everything I needed was dealt with from legal recommendation to garden clearance. Advertising was extensive as were the number of viewings both online and in person which resulted in a sale beyond my expectations. The whole team kept me informed all the way both by phone and email. From the outset I felt very positive right up to the auction.
