We have recently successfully sold our property with Strutt & Parker Salisbury, this is the 2nd home they have sold for us & having had an excellent experience the first time left us with no doubt they were the correct agents to use.Sarah Cull who is a Senior Associate Director was our contact & we have to say is a consummate dedicated professional in every sense of the word, as is Fiona Pengelly who is the director & head of residential sales. Strutt and Parker Sevenoaks Branch have recently completed the sale of our property. Despite the chain being problematic due to the failings of other estate agents within the chain. Victoria Rose of S & P was professional, honest and did everything possible to ensure our buyers were able to proceed with the purchase on many occasions out of office hours and at weekends. Philippa Ives - Ascot. The best property manager you will find.

Philippa Ives at Ascot has been our property manager for nearly 13 years. During that time she has been exceptional to work with - always responsive, cheerful and helpful no matter what the issue or the dumb question I had. She helped co-ordinate the renovation of our house including painting and kitchen with all the various trades with minimal involvement from me. She always maintained excellent relationships with me and our tenants. We would not have had such a successful letting experience without her and help from the whole letting team at Ascot.

Sadly our experience hasn't been great…

Sadly our experience hasn't been great with Strutt & Parker.Here is some honest feedback about our experience!1. Promises and deadlines for marketing our property were undelivered2. The photo shoot was that bad we had to appoint our own photographer.3. Once a viewing was booked we'd spend hours preparing our property to look its best and after the viewing we'd receive zero feedback.This was on the selling side only.Ref the purchasingWe were in a chain whereas both properties were marketed by Strutt and Parker. The vendors of where we were purchasing decided they couldn't find anywhere suitable after we'd spent £2500 on legal fees. If this was not bad enough we were even more mortified when Strutt & Parker willingly re-marketed the property just a few months later for £50k more without even consulting us first.This will be costly to Strutt & Parker going forwards as we are property developers in the area, and they could have generated a lot more business from us, however we have gone with another agent who will be selling 5 properties for us in the first instance.

I'd like to highly recommend Steven Spencer and team from the Strutt & Parker Gerrards Cross office. We had been looking to move home for the past 18 months and struggled to find the perfect property which met our family’s needs. Caroline Clark disgraceful attitude.

We've dealt with Caroline Clark twice over the past year and we are truly disgusted with her manners. Very unprofessional and abrupt, cannot wait to get rid of you!Do not waste your money doing reference checks with her, she's not open and honest about what the landlord will and will not accept. You will pay for the reference only to discover that there's some reason that you can't be accepted as a tenant. Her one-liner emails are very impersonal. She forgets that she's made an appointment for a house viewing and has kept us waiting at a property while she casually drives up without an apology. The worst customer service ever. Disgusting.

Strutt & Parker (Sevenoaks) have been excellent through the whole sales process of our house. Victoria Rose was professional, considerate and fun to work with. She also helps take away a lot of the inevitable stress when selling your house. Updates were frequent, but not overwhelming and the choice of communicating through phone or text made things easier when too busy or unavailable to make a call. Exceptional Property Management

Strutt & Parker’s knowledge of, and their expertise in, the rural housing market in East Kent is the principal reason we first considered using them for our house sale - and we have not been disappointed in that. Their staff in the Canterbury office work as a strong team and we, as vendors, benefitted from that, particularly in terms of their insights and perceptions. The staff at the Harpenden office are all highly knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly and approachable. As a result, the sale proceeded smoothly, despite the interruption of lockdown.Selling a home and buying a new one is normally the largest, most complex and most important transaction of people’s lives. Having the right advice at every stage makes all the difference between success and failure. Sally and her team at Strutt and Parker, Harpenden, were always on hand to give us the benefit of their experience and to offer practical help. They are experts in the Harpenden area market. This allowed us to balance competing considerations in an informed way, and to have a friendly and cooperative negotiation with our buyer. I should emphasise how helpful it is that all the staff in the Harpenden office are familiar with all current and prospective transactions. No matter who was present in the office, we were able to get the information and advice we were looking for, even if we dropped in unannounced. We can not recommend Sally and her team strongly enough. Building a successful team in a workplace is something that is very difficult to do.
