Five stars for Annie (and Isabel) and the team at Bridgfords Northallerton. I moved up from London at short notice and Annie made what could have been a stressful process feel completely manageable. She was quick to respond, clear about every stage of the paperwork, and patient with my questions about the tenancy agreement and compliance documents. Everything I asked for was sent through promptly and explained properly, including the certificates and deposit details. I had my late father's bungalow on the market with another agent for 6 months with little interest and few viewings , so changed agents to Bridgefords in Northallerton . They held an open day created interest and sold at the asking price in first two weeks! They were also very good at keeping things moving between ourselves , buyers and conveyancing solicitors.
