I enquired about a house and have been added illegally to a mailing list. I complained and asked to be removed twice, was told they never added me (though the emails added me 1 day after my 1 ever enquiry to this company) and they have yet to remove me. Companies like this should not be trusted, they are taking your data and will spam you !

GoogleFrom start to finish they were brilliant. We had the property on with another estate agent who wanted us to lower the price then came to Hunters who said they could sell at the price we wanted and they did! Everyone was happy with the deal and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Very responsive team in constant communication with you. If you want a house sold, use Hunters.

It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?

GoogleWe were very impressed with Hunters in Selby. Rebekah & Jo and the team were superb, the service was excellent, person centered and could not have been better in anyway. Thank you all so much for making our son's first home purchase go so smoothly. If you are unsure about which estate agent to use do go in and have a chat , we are sure you won't be dissapointed.

Terrible. Was booked to view a flat near Holloway Road, viewing cancelled because they suddenly rented to someone over the phone who they sent a video to. Terrible agents, don't waste your time.

Rude manager (Sarah) - in fact she was slightly violent and very difficult to deal with. No interest in trying to listen, talks over you and doesn’t give any info about property - sadly with current housing market the estate agencies can afford to be disgusting and behave unprofessional and get away with it. Avoid using them to sell

We had an unpleasant experience with our local Hunters and now these pests from head office are repeatedly sending us letters urging us to let them take care of our unsold property. We wouldn't use them if they were the last estate agent in the country.

I registered to view a property as soon as it came up and they never answered. When I rang them they fobbed me off as some second class person. They did not bother taking my details for any other properties. To me they are unprofessional.

Awful communication. Don’t care about buyers, customer service or doing the right thing! @kevinholinrake and @johnwaterhouse what a shame what your staffs lack of care, basic humanity and customer service has turned your business into! You should be ashamed of how they treat potential purchasers.
