GoogleNaomi showed us round a lovely property today. She was professional yet also friendly, gave us plenty of time and opportunity to look and ask questions. She didn't give us any sense of being pressurised, but was helpful and human. The agency arranged the viewing quickly and efficiently.

I made enquiries about a house for sale in grimsby , and received a basic could not care less email , it did not answer my question, and hastened to add they have no properties in the price range ,I WONDER WHY????very poor customer service , never again with grimsby branch . They could not even find time to put my name on emails. Thats twice in 6 months they have failed .

GoogleWe found Hunters Lettings to be friendly, helpful and professional in assisting us with the search for a property. They were very flexible in arranging appointments to suit us both. They were prompt and efficient at replying to emails and arranging paperwork. Hannah couldn't have been more helpful.

People be alert avoid at all cost like covid. Do not deal with the bradford shipley branch previously Bentleys. Dishonest timewasters that just do not care. They lie and cheat to impress for their own gain. Mis advice vendors to sell to buyers who are friends/associates. Dont waste your time and emotions I did. Wish I and vendors had checked the previous reviews would not have wasted time and money.

I enquired about a house and have been added illegally to a mailing list. I complained and asked to be removed twice, was told they never added me (though the emails added me 1 day after my 1 ever enquiry to this company) and they have yet to remove me. Companies like this should not be trusted, they are taking your data and will spam you !

It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?
