Mr Power, I am very sorry to receive your review - I am also astonished to hear that your call was not answered as we have a answering service if all of the staff are on the lines - I have looked back on our systems and we have never once received any emails or messages from a Gary Power - apologies again for your experience - thank you

GoogleI cant rate chris and his team enough! Being an agent myself I was HUGELY impressed with everything from their photography, how quickly my flat sold and their enormous amount of help with a very difficult solicitor! Thanks so much guys….if I could give you 10 stars I would!

GoogleChris came to value our house locally in North Weald and has a great local knowledge of the area, Davis Homes are competitive in price and would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleChris and Karen worked really hard on our behalf to successfully complete the sale for which we are very grateful. Delighted to recommend them.

GoogleWe just brought our new home through Davis Homes and the team were endlessly helpful in passing information back and forth between us and the vendors and were really responsive which is very valuable in this process. Everyone I spoke to in the office were really friendly and happy to help.

GoogleWe had a very bad experience with Chris Davis, very unprofessional and non responsive. Will use any other estate agent in future.

Dear Epping Local, Thank you very much for your review - it is a real shame you have decided to not leave any content regarding your issue or more importantly your name - hey ho you cannot win them all - just a real shame people can do this with no repercussions

GoogleIt was a pleasure buying through Davis Homes. Chris, the director, was very efficient at liaising with us and the vendors, and always returning my calls, texts, and emails promptly. He wasn’t pushy, unlike some, which was refreshing.

GoogleI have used Davis homes recently to sell my home and can't fault the experience. Despite the buyers solicitors dragging their heels for what seems like forever I was constantly updated and the sale was kept on track. Will use again.
