After contacting us nearly two months ago during a global pandemic when initially making a general enquiry about at rental property. I am able to confirm a member of our team who was still working remotely during this period responded to you within 2 hours and 7 minutes of your initial contact with us, that same member of staff then followed you up with 7 phone calls and 2 emails over a period of time to which you’ve never responded too either, instead you’ve done this?! We are an extremely hard working, local, family run business who relies heavily on reputation and word of mouth. May I wish you well for the future and just ask that you reconsider your actions before doing something like this again as you could destroy a loyal family run business that tries and works so hard to do its best by all its clients and the communities it works within.
