TrustpilotGreat from start to finish!
The agent, Simon, was a great help and made the whole experience stress-free, which when trying to look for a new home isn't always the case. He made sure to take the time with my mum and myself, making sure the property was right for her and suitable for her needs. He was knowledgeable and always happy to answer calls and questions no matter what. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Been in my new property for nearly 3 weeks now, I have asked 4 times via telephone to remove the sold sign, the manner of the staff I spoke to were not bothered in the slightest, totally unprofessional, still stuck with an 8ft Sign 🙄
Hi Darren Crutwell, We are sorry this hasn't been removed yet. Can we ask you to provide more information, like the property address in question and the email address you registered with us. Can you provide this information to socialmeadia@pattinson.co.uk so we can look into this matter further.

TrustpilotExceptional Service
Purchased an online auction property. Joe Bennison from the low fell branch kept me updated prior to and on the auction day. His guidance and instructions enabled a successful outcome. I'm super impressed with the overall expertise. knowledge and friendliness of the team (including Drew) which included providing a solicitor. It's ultra rare to receive this professional level of service in the UK.

TrustpilotAuction Sale of property
I sold my late parents house through Pattinsons Auctions. My main contact was Caitlin. She kept me informed of the process on a regular basis, and any queries I had she was more than happy to help me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Keith Pattinsons

TrustpilotPattinson Heaton Branch OUTSTANDING
Pattinson Heaton Branch (NE6) to be precise were marvellous. Hayley in particular alongside the rest of the office diligently dealt with our requests, phonecalls, emails and kept well-updated in regards to our property purchase. They are a great team and will certainly look forward to working with them again God willing the chance opportunes again. Whilst I must confess I did contact and hassle them with bombarding phonecalls to devastating effect; Hayley dealt with me fantastically updating me more than my own lawyers! Thoroughly and genuinely recommended!

TrustpilotAvoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, very high over inflated unjustifiable fees. Scam you into contracts with solicitors fees and still charge you full even not using their solicitors.Mess you about by moving the property to Auctions which will waste your time and reduce the value of the property.
Hi Rakesh, we are sorry to hear you haven't had the experience that we would expect. Can you supply us with some more information so look into this further? Would you mind emailing as much information such as property address and any contact details you would like to share with us to socialmedia@pattinson.co.uk

We purchased a property, via auction, and the North Shields team ensured it was a smooth process, going above and beyond to help us. We have also worked with Pattinson North Shields in the past to help find tenants for rental properties, in which they delivered consistently.
