What an absolutely first class level of customer service from the staff at Pattinson’s. My father’s home had to be sold in order to fund his care, which is stressful to say the least! The team at Pattinson’s were so supportive throughout the process and managed the sale professionally and effectively from start to finish. I couldn’t believe how helpful and empathetic they were, what a lovely team. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

Poor customer service. Made several enquiries to view properties and they rarely follow them up. Very unprofessional, don't seem to keep any kind of record or notes either. Also advertise properties that aren't even for sale.

Absolutely brilliant estate agents! After living in student accommodation for 3 years it was time to find a home. We spoke with several other estate agents about different properties and either never heard back or had very poor communication. Pattinson's got back to us immediately and booked us in to view a gorgeous rental (more than we ever expected to have for our first home!). We were kept up to date throughout the process, it was really easy and the agents were lovely to speak with! Once we were accepted they helped us move in ASAP and are continuing to help with our queries. All in all extremely professional, friendly, and well run estate agents - we will likely use them again in the future!

Horrific,Absolute bullies who treat you appalling, have no regard for your privacy or confidentiality and enter the property without you as the tenant permission, giving you the fright of your life and forcing you to write to your landlord and the managing director of Keith Pattinson. Avoid at all costs.
