I do not live in the area so I met with a few local agents to decide who I would use to sell a property. Rachel gave a good impression of how I would be treated so I chose her and was not to be disappointed. Despite being far away from the property she kept me connected and delivered the service I hoped for and more. There were a many bumps in the sale process as I am sure regularly happens. Rachel took them in her stride and gave good professional and honest advice. She pushed hard to complete the sale in all ways she could. Even when I ran into issues with the law firms, she took over and communicated with all parties to get the sale over the line. I am very grateful, and I am certain that I chose the correct agency. I would not hesitate to recommend.
